All entries recorded in Eastern Time. Actual entry and drawing dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Lottery. Odds of winning any prize in a Promotional Drawing will vary depending on the number of entries received for that drawing.


Complete lists of winners will be posted after certification of drawing results by the Lottery. The certification process can result in the posting of winners a week or more after the drawing.


Q: Which tickets are eligible for Scan to Enter - Keno?


A: Any winning and/or non-winning ticket scanned or manually entered for the first time. All draws must be complete before the end of the promotion period to be eligible to enter. Tickets purchased before the promotion start time will not be eligible.


Q: How do I enter my winning and/or non-winning Keno tickets?


A: Log in or create a Mass Lottery Player Account

 if you don’t have one already. Once logged in, click on Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion link and then click on “Submit Entry” to scan or manually enter your winning and/or non-winning Keno ticket per the entry instructions. Please allow approximately one (1) minute after your last draw ends before you scan your tickets. After scanning, please check your Player Account to ensure your entries have been submitted.


Q: Can I scan my tickets into the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion Drawing using my mobile device?


A: Yes, players will be able to scan

 their winning and/ or non-winning Keno tickets using the camera on their phone.


Q: Can I enter the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion Drawing more than one time?


A: Yes. There is no limit on the number of entries that a player can submit. Each entry requires the submission of winning and/or non-winning Keno tickets that have not yet been submitted.


Q: How can I be sure that my entry has been submitted?


A: When you submit an eligible winning and/or non-winning Keno ticket a record of it will appear within your Promotions Dashboard on your “My Entries” page.


Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the Scan to Enter – Keno?


A: Entries received after the entry deadline will not be eligible for Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion.


Q: What happens to the entries that are not drawn as a winner in the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion? Are they retained for future drawings?


A: No. Entries into the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion are only eligible for this promotion, during the stated timeframe.


Q: Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion?


A: Yes, you may dispose of tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted.


Q: Can I mail in my entries?


A: No. Entries for the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion must be submitted through the Mass Lottery’s website or the Mass Lottery App.


Q: Can The Lottery send me a list of all my entries?


A: The Lottery does not store records of past scanned tickets for tax or personal record-keeping purposes. We recommend keeping tickets and any related documentation for your own tax reporting needs.

Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion?


A: Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total of your entries.


Q: How will I be notified if I win one of the prizes in the Scan to Enter – Keno Promotion?


A: Winners are notified by the Lottery. Following the verification of winners in each drawing, you can view the winners' names and hometowns on the Scan to Enter Promotion page from the Mass Lottery’s website or on the Mass Lottery App by clicking on the desired drawing.


Q: Why am I not seeing my entries immediately after my draws end?


A: Please allow approximately one (1) minute after your last draw ends before you scan your tickets. After scanning, please check your Player Account to ensure your entries have been submitted.
