The Cool Off function is a tool players can utilize if they feel like they are spending too much time or money on the Massachusetts State Lottery. You can apply a cooling off period that will that will restrict you from placing any bets or depositing funds.
Step 1:
Click on “Hello, (Your Name)” in the top right corner, then click on “Access Full Account”.
Step 2:
Click on the “Cool Off” button under the Responsible Gaming section.
Step 3:
Here you can choose anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months. Choose your preferred duration and click “Apply”.
